We need more Women in Soccer

​​We identify the barriers to success for women in soccer and help women overcome those barriers.

Out of over 3 million youth soccer players, over 48% are women.  So why aren't women seen - on the sidelines, on the youth and club boards, in a referee uniform, as a professional player - 48% of the time?

The Boston Dream Soccer Association is here to fix that.

The mission of the Boston Dream is to keep women engaged in soccer by fostering leadership through education, community, and opportunity.

We provide leadership, education, community, and opportunity for women in soccer, through events, scholarships, and networking.
